Wedding · Trabzon
A QR photo album for your wedding in Trabzon.
At a wedding, the best photos are often the ones your photographer never sees: the cousins’ table, the dance floor at 1 a.m., your grandmother’s face during the first dance. With Snapia, guests scan the QR code on their table and upload photos, videos and written wishes straight from their browser — no app, no account. Everything lands in one private album that belongs to you.
- Guests scan and upload in the browser — no app, no account
- Uploads resume on their own when reception is weak
- A live wall for the venue’s screen, projector or TV
- Print-ready table cards: vector PDF, PNG and SVG

Celebrating in Trabzon
Trabzon celebrations are held in wedding halls, hotel ballrooms, hillside venues with Black Sea views and restaurant terraces.
- Good to know
- Energetic group dances such as the horon mean many photos are taken on the dance floor, so put a sign beside it and make sure the live wall is visible from there.
- Light & weather
- Rain can arrive at any time of year on the Black Sea coast, so have an indoor backup for outdoor moments and protect table cards with frames or lamination.
Moments worth capturing at a wedding
Share these as ideas — or turn a few into photo challenges for your guests.
- 01The quiet minutes before the ceremony and the first look.
- 02Guests’ faces as you walk in and during the vows.
- 03The ring exchange from angles the photographer can’t cover.
- 04Toasts, speeches and the laughter that follows them.
- 05Your first dance and the moment the dance floor fills up.
- 06Table-by-table photos with friends and family.
- 07The rush of getting ready: the bridal suite, a tie being straightened, last-minute touch-ups.
- 08The cake cutting and the late-night treats.
- 09The send-off at the end of the night.
Your plan, step by step
From setting up the album to downloading every original.
Six weeks before
Create your album, add both names and the date, and pick a privacy mode. For most weddings Morning-after reveal works well: guests upload all night and the gallery opens when you choose.
Four weeks before
Design table cards in the print studio and export a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks. Take it to a local printer — Snapia doesn’t print or ship anything — and order a few extras for the bar and the entrance.
One week before
Add a few photo challenges (“a selfie with the couple”, “the best dance move of the night”) and switch on the written guestbook so guests can leave wishes alongside their photos.
The day before
Visit the venue, place a test card and scan it from a guest’s seat. Upload one test photo to confirm everything works, including in the corners of the hall where reception is weakest.
On the day
Ask your MC or DJ to announce the QR code right after your entrance. With the live wall (Wedding Standard and up), open it on the venue’s screen or projector; its on-screen QR keeps inviting new uploads, while guests’ own galleries stay closed until the reveal.
The morning after
Let the gallery open at the time you set, then download everything in original quality as a ZIP and send a share link — with a PIN if you like — to family who couldn’t attend.
Where to put the QR cards
- Put one card on every table, next to the table number, so guests see it as soon as they sit down.
- Add a larger sign at the entrance or beside the seating chart, where guests pause anyway.
- Place a card at the bar and another by the cake or dessert table.
- Put one near the photo booth or backdrop, where phones are already out.
- If your plan includes the live wall, keep it on a screen near the dance floor — its on-screen QR works as one more card.
Our privacy recommendation
Morning-after reveal
Guests upload all night while the shared gallery stays closed, so nobody is scrolling instead of dancing — until then each guest sees only their own shots. At the time you set, usually the next morning, everyone sees the whole album at once.
Compare all five privacy modesQuestions about wedding albums
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the table with their phone camera and upload from the browser. There’s no app to install and no account to create.
Can the venue or anyone else see our wedding photos?
The album belongs to you and is private by default. Even the venue can’t see it unless you allow it.
Our venue already has Snapia QR codes on its tables — do we still need our own cards?
Not necessarily. Venues can have permanent table QR codes routed by their calendar, so on your date those codes lead to your album. The album is still yours and private by default.
What happens if reception in the hall is weak?
Uploads queue on the guest’s phone and resume automatically when the signal returns. On iPhone, guests should keep the page open until the upload finishes.
Does Snapia work at venues in Trabzon?
Yes. Snapia runs in the phone’s browser over mobile data or Wi-Fi, so it works in any venue in Trabzon — ballrooms, gardens, terraces or at home. Where reception is weak, uploads wait on the phone and resume automatically.
Set it up tonight. Your guests will do the rest.
