Circumcision feast · Trabzon

A QR photo album for your circumcision feast in Trabzon.

A circumcision feast is a big family day built around one little boy: his prince’s costume and cape, the convoy, the music and all the relatives who came to celebrate him. Snapia collects every guest’s photos and videos in one album through a QR code on the tables — no app, no account — so the family ends up with the whole day, not just the few shots on their own phones.

  • Guests scan and upload in the browser — no app, no account
  • Uploads resume on their own when reception is weak
  • A live wall for the venue’s screen, projector or TV
  • Print-ready table cards: vector PDF, PNG and SVG

Celebrating in Trabzon

Trabzon celebrations are held in wedding halls, hotel ballrooms, hillside venues with Black Sea views and restaurant terraces.

Good to know
Energetic group dances such as the horon mean many photos are taken on the dance floor, so put a sign beside it and make sure the live wall is visible from there.
Light & weather
Rain can arrive at any time of year on the Black Sea coast, so have an indoor backup for outdoor moments and protect table cards with frames or lamination.

Moments worth capturing at a circumcision feast

Share these as ideas — or turn a few into photo challenges for your guests.

  1. 01The boy putting on his costume, cape and sash.
  2. 02The convoy or horse ride through the neighbourhood, if it’s part of your day.
  3. 03Him greeting guests from his decorated bed or throne.
  4. 04The gift ceremony, when relatives pin gold and presents on his sash.
  5. 05Music and dancing with relatives of every age.
  6. 06Cousins and friends his age playing together.
  7. 07Family group photos gathered around him.
  8. 08Small details: a proud father, a tearful grandmother, a younger sibling asleep in someone’s arms.

Your plan, step by step

From setting up the album to downloading every original.

  1. Four weeks before

Create the album with your son’s name and the date, and choose My shots so the complete album stays with the family.

  2. Three weeks before

Design table cards in the print studio — a playful theme usually suits the day — and export print-ready PDF files for your local printer.

  3. One week before

Add photo challenges that get guests moving, such as “a photo with the boy in his cape” or “the youngest guest on the dance floor”, and switch on the guestbook so relatives can leave messages he’ll read when he’s older.

  4. The day before

Set the cards out at the hall or garden, scan one and upload a test photo. For outdoor feasts, make sure the cards are weighted or fixed against the wind.

  5. On the day

Ask the MC or the musicians to announce the QR code as the boy makes his entrance. If you want a screen moment, the live wall (Wedding Standard and up) with approval switched on shows only the photos you approve.

  6. The week after

Download the album in original quality as a ZIP, and send grandparents and relatives a share link containing just the photos you choose.

Where to put the QR cards

  • Put a card next to the boy’s decorated bed or seat — every guest stops there to congratulate him.
  • Place a card by the table where the gift ceremony takes place.
  • Use one card per table in a sturdy stand, so running children don’t knock it over.
  • For garden feasts, have the cards laminated or put them in acrylic frames against sun and wind.
  • Put a sign at the entrance or where the convoy arrives, so guests scan it before the music starts.

Our privacy recommendation

My shots

Because the celebration centres on a child, it makes sense to keep the full album with the family: in My shots mode each guest sees only what they uploaded, while you see everything. Later you can share a selection through a link with an optional PIN.

Questions about circumcision feast albums

Will guests see all the photos of our son?

Not in My shots mode: each guest sees only their own uploads, and only you see the full album. You decide later what to share and with whom.

Will the location of our home or venue be stored in the photos?

No. Location (GPS) data is removed from stored photos.

Many of our guests are older relatives — is it easy for them?

They only need to scan the QR code with their phone camera, and the upload page opens in the browser. There’s no app to install and no account to create.

The feast is in a garden with patchy signal — will uploads get lost?

Uploads that can’t go through wait on the phone and continue when reception returns. On iPhone, guests should keep the page open until the upload finishes.

Does Snapia work at venues in Trabzon?

Yes. Snapia runs in the phone’s browser over mobile data or Wi-Fi, so it works in any venue in Trabzon — ballrooms, gardens, terraces or at home. Where reception is weak, uploads wait on the phone and resume automatically.

Set it up tonight. Your guests will do the rest.

Create your album in two minutes, print your table cards and relax. Every photo from every seat will find its way to you.
